“北京机床研究所”简介

   “北京机床研究所”成立于1956年,是我国机床工具行业最大的综合性研究所。多年来以高精、高速、高效、智能化技术与产品为装备中国做出了卓越贡献。建所之初就制订了在行业技术工作中起攻坚、参谋、组织、服务四方面作用的方针，为我国机床工业建立与发展做出了巨大贡献。

   北京机床研究所具有国内领先的技术水平和实力及近五十年的数控机床技术开发、应用、维护经验，为用户提供全程的、全方位的技术支持服务。

   近五十年来，我们从事研发的主要技术与产品有：立卧式加工中心；精密及超精密机床；滚珠丝杠副；三坐标测量机及其它精密测量仪器设备；气液电液技术及相关产品；电加工工艺及设备；数控系统及驱动装置；激光加工技术及相关产品；计算机应用技术等。并以其综合技术与产品优势，可为我国航天、航空、兵器、船舶、汽车、纺织、模具等行业提供柔性制造技术及相关装备。

   国家863/CIMS柔性制造工程实验室，国家机床产品质量监督检验中心、中国机械工程学会生产工程分会、中国机电一体化协会数控技术应用分会 、《制造技术与机床》杂志社等设在本所。

   1991年  被国家科委认定为全国十大科研院所之一，享有外贸进出口经营权。

   1999年  根据国务院统一部署，转制为高科技企业。

   2001年  通过 ISO9001: 2000 国际质量体系认证。

   Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute is founded in 1956, is the largest comprehensive research institute in the sector of machine tool of China. In the past years,she has made outstanding contribution to China with her high-precision,-speed,-efficiency and intelligent technologies and products.

   With a history of nearly 50 years, the Institute has researched and developed the following major technologies and products: vertical/horizontal machining center, precision and ultra-precision machine tool,ball screw, coordinate measuring machine and other precision measuring instruments and equiment,pneumatic-hydraulic/electro-hydraulic technology and concerned products; EDM technology and equipment; NC system and driving device; laser machining technology and relative product; computer application technology,etc. Meanwhile, with her advantage in comprehensive technology and products, she has also provided flexible manufacturing technology and concerned equipment to such industries as aviation, astronautic, ordnance, marine, automobile, textile and dies & molds,etc.

    On July 1st,1999, the Institute was restructures into a hi-tech enterprise based on the uniform deployment from the State Council; she is certified by ISO9001 and 2000 International Quality System in 2001. Nowdays, the Institute is meeting the challenge from market with a brand new physiognomy.
